If your order includes multiple items, don't worry! We'll ship each item as soon as it's ready, so you can enjoy it sooner. FOR NON-CUSTOM ITEMS
For our regular, non-personalized products, you have up to 30 days from the date you receive it to decide if you like it. To make sure you can return it, keep it in its original packaging and in good condition. Don't forget to keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
1. You can expect a refund in 3-7 business days, and it'll be credited back to your original payment method. If you'd rather exchange the item, just contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll arrange it for you.

2. Our response: We'll review your claim and respond within 12 hours with instructions on what to do next.
3. Review and resolution: Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and either repair or replace it if it's covered by our warranty.
Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss of your item, theft, accidents, or damage caused by improper care. Also, we can't change the design of your item; we'll use the same one from your original order.
