The second option is express shipping, which is faster and usually takes 3-5 days.
In addition to these shipping times, please keep in mind that we need 3 days to handcraft your order.
So in total, the fastest shipping option would take approximately one week, while the longest would take approximately two weeks. all are business days.
Yes, you can purchase that part, but our online store does not have a 'buy' button for it. Therefore, you need to contact us, and we will offer you a discounted price since you are only buying a part of the item. However, the extent of the discount depends on the specific product details. Feel free to contact us if you are interested.
The biggest difference is that you can choose from different bracelet and necklace styles and then upload your unique photo.
Of course you can request additional braid, but please be sure to specify the quantity in your order notes. We're happy to provide a small amount of extra braid free of charge.

Yes, all bracelets and necklaces come with a beautiful box, and it is a good choice to send as a gift.
You can view it in three different ways:
1. Close inspection: Examine it up close with your naked eye.
2. Using your phone's camera: Open your phone's camera app and point the lens at it to capture the image.
3. Using your phone's flashlight: Project the image by shining your phone's flashlight from below. However, this method is most effective in a relatively dimly lit environment for a clearer projection.
Of course, you can add accessories to any product. It's important to note that there is an additional charge for this service, and the exact cost will vary based on the specific style of the product. We encourage you to contact us for more information and to discuss your accessory needs in detail.
All you need to do is rinse it gently with water. After rinsing, we recommend either blow drying or letting it air dry thoroughly before putting it back on.
PHOTO & PROJECTION
This problem usually occurs for two main reasons.
1. it can occur if the image file size exceeds our limit; we allow images up to 10MB in size.
2. it could be due to an incorrect image format. We accept .jpg, .png and .jpeg images.
To avoid this problem, please make sure that the image you are uploading meets these specifications and refrain from uploading PDF files.
You can rest assured that when you upload an image and proceed to checkout, you will receive a successful upload confirmation along with a thumbnail preview. If you ever need to change the image, simply go to the checkout page, delete the current image, and proceed to upload a new image.
If this situation occurs, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to your shopping experience. It is most likely due to an error in our order processing. In such cases, we will promptly contact you to confirm whether you would like us to proceed with a remake or if you would prefer a refund.

CUSTOMIZATION
Yes, after you upload a photo, if you are not happy with it, you can simply delete it. If you've already placed an order, you can contact us to make changes.
It depends on the situation. For a set of bracelets or necklaces designed for couples, you can upload a maximum of 2 photos, such as couple bracelets and couple necklaces. Otherwise, for a single product, you can upload a maximum of 1 photo. If you wish to upload 2 photos, it would mean that you are purchasing multiple products.
For bracelets with rope designs, you can easily adjust the size of the circle by pulling on the two ends of the rope making it larger or smaller to comfortably fit your wrist. For other non-wire bracelets, use the small hook to attach to different diameter rings positioned above. This allows you to easily adjust the size of the entire bracelet or necklace for a perfect fit.
OTHER QUESTIONS
No, they cannot. These items are also called "hidden images" because their images are only visible to the naked eye, when illuminated with a flashlight, or when captured with a camera. If they were visible without these tools, they would have to be significantly magnified, similar to watch faces, and would no longer be considered bracelets or necklaces.
It's difficult to make a final judgment because we don't know who might find the photo offensive. Our policy is simple: if the uploaded photo meets legal requirements and guidelines, we can proceed with production.
