We really care about giving you the best bracelets and necklaces. We believe in our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. That's why we have a special offer for you: a one-year warranty on all our bracelets and necklaces.

Here's what our guarantee covers:

Our custom products are all handmade, so we can't guarantee that each one is identical. However, if there are any problems with craftsmanship or production, we will provide a full refund or replacement. In other words, if your bracelet or necklace has any problems due to the way it was made or the materials used, we've got you covered. Just email us at info@imphotoinit.com and we'll either fix it or send you a new one, free of charge.

To use your warranty, please follow these steps

1. Contact us: Send an email to info@imphotoinit.com. Explain what's wrong with your bracelet or necklace, and be sure to include your order number and a photo showing the problem.

2. Our response: We'll review your claim and respond within 12 hours with instructions on what to do next.

3. Review and resolution: Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and either repair or replace it if it's covered by our warranty.

Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss of your item, theft, accidents, or damage caused by improper care. Also, we can't change the design of your item; we'll use the same one from your original order.
