NON-CUSTOM ORDERS

If you've placed a standard, non-custom order, please be aware that we make it a priority to ship your items promptly. These orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of your purchase, ensuring that you receive your chosen products quickly.

CUSTOM ORDERS

For those who have opted for custom orders, we want to ensure that you receive the highest quality and attention to detail. Custom orders involve a meticulous crafting process, and as such, may take up to 3-5 business days to be expertly created and prepared for shipment. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to deliver a personalized product that meets your unique specifications.

If your order includes multiple items, don't worry! We'll ship each item as soon as it's ready, so you can enjoy it sooner. This may mean you receive separate packages at different times but don't worry. We'll send you an email with tracking information for each package, so you'll always know where your items are.

Once we've prepared your items, we hand them over to our trusted shipping partners. Depending on the shipping method you choose, here are the delivery times:

→1. Standard Shipping (It's free and there's no minimum purchase): Expect to receive your goodies in 8-15 business days from the date of shipment.
→2. Expedited Shipping: If you want things even faster, choose Expedited Shipping and you'll receive your items in 3-5 business days (though it's not 100% guaranteed). Availability depends on your location. You can select this option during checkout under "Shipping Method".

We ship our amazing products to many countries worldwide. While we can't ship everything everywhere, there's a good chance we can get our products to you. Simply enter your address during checkout to see if we can ship to your location.
